Dear Paul,
Thank you for suggesting and providing the Infiltrometer Energy Test on our home. We were impressed with how simple it was and the valuable information we gained. Qualifying "the hole of leakage" is very visual, understandable and motivating.
The test was economically important to us. We are repairing ductwork and keep tubes of caulk and cans of foam on hand. Finding that most of the leakage is repairable is a comfort. Some we are able to repair ourselves, which is nice. Ultimately we save energy and money and best of all the house is more comfortable.

This summer our heat pump / air conditioner went out. We had called another company in Ellensburg and they said they'd get back to us with an estimate. After waiting a week, we called them and they said they were working on it and would get back to us. After another couple of days we called Thermall Heating & Cooling. Not only did they come out in a couple of hours, but they also installed a new heat pump and checked all the duct work that same day. They were very informative and courteous. Dear Paul,
We would like to thank you and your company for the nice job you did installing our new Bryant gas furnace and our new water heater.
When you tested our home for the areas of heat loss and found faulty duct work, we were surprised. After the duct repair was completed, the increase in air flow was very significant.
Kevin and Ray did their job with great efficiency, and even remained pleasant after the nasty job of the duct work! The whole installation was very neat and professional. We look forward to dealing with your company should we need your services in the future.
