I want to share my experience and gratitude for ThermAll Heating, Cooling & Electric. I moved into a new build in 10/2023 that came with a septic system. Within days of being in the home I was having issues. With the home being under a year warranty, the builders sent out a local chain plumbing company. That company was at my home 12 times in 14 months. The first 2 visits they say were caused by things being flushed. The next 10 visits, repairs were made but no answers to the reoccurring issues. Fast forward to the end of November 2023, same issues going on again and the plumber was back out again. He did his normal job of pumping some of the pit, checking the pump, saying he repaired it. He put it back in the ground but recommended for me to get a electrician out to see why the pump continued to trip the breaker box. I called multiple companies and ThermAll was able to come out the soonest. Andy showed up and immediately noticed there was never a check valve installed with my septic system. How the plumbing company never noticed that is beyond me..... Next he did his troubleshooting to rule out any electrical issues. Thirdly he suggested I get the pit completely pumped out to see what was at the bottom that could be causing 3 pumps to fail in a years time. I had a company come out and drain the pit. They found multiple pieces of broken PVC pipes as well as screwdriver bits and handles. Andy was able to retrieve all the debris and took my pump to get a second opinion. The pump was toast when the plumber put it back in the ground, told me it was working and charged me almost $800. That's not even anywhere near the thousands and thousands the builders paid out to the plumber while the home was under warranty. I guess I am running on a bit. I say all that to say this, once my home warranty was up, I was up against thousands of dollars out of my own pocket as a single mother was very scary feeling. Andy came in and got the right people involved and found the root cause "the debris" most likely dropped in the pit during the building phase or pluming visits. The whole experience took a huge toll on my mental health I am forever grateful of Andy with ThermAll for everything he did to help me with solving the issues at my home. I remember the first day he showed up at my door I was a emotional wreck and was actually in tears explaining all the issues over the last 14 months. He looked me in my eyes and said I am going to help you get these issues fixed and that is exactly what he did. Thank you so much Andy from the bottom of my heart.

They went above and beyond, Andy took care Of everything with the insurance company and Jesus "chuy" was an Amazing worker got down and dirty and fast work, quality work. I am very very happy with the work and will Recommend them to anyone anyday thank you God bless you Andy and Jesus

Had a heat pump, furnace, and electrical panel installed all in one day. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Everyone seemed to be knowledgeable and knew their roll in the project. They didn't leave until they knew everything was working.

If you need heating, cooling, or electric work in the Cle Elum/Ellensburg area ThermAll is who you should call. I had a stellar experience with a full HVAC system replacement and electrical panel upgrade. They were priced competitively, skilled that their trade, and performed excellent craftsmanship through the process. They knew the Daikin equipment well and had everything in stock.

I interacted with Terri in the office over the phone. She is a great sales coordinator and was consistent point of contact from my initial call all the way to the end of my install. They worked through my tight timeline to qualify for a PSE rebate and were very responsive to any inquiry I had.

Jose the comfort advisor came onsite to initially evaluate what was the right heating/cooling solution for our home. It is not common for someone to invest in calculating a manual J load, but that is the correct way to size a new system. I had a competitor just guess when I was comparing quotes, and that let me know ThermAll was the right company for me.

Jose listened to all my concerns and scope of work where I wanted to get priced for some extras. I was presented several options and they brought in a duct expert as I wanted to expand my coverage.

Kevin was that duct expert who designed and oversaw the entire installation. He is the type of person you want on your project, someone who will always do the right thing, and their word has meaning behind it.

I tossed him some curve balls by changing the unit installation last minute and had a few special requests on how the ducting needed to be done, his only concern was making my family happy which I greatly appreciated. The rest of the install team was very professional as well, always keeping our space clean and being courteous, thanks Luis, Tim, and others.

Andy was the head electrician along with a few support sparkies. He was awesome answering all my questions as I weighed the cost of expanding a dated electrical panel with sub panels versus doing a full replacement. There was no pressure on what choices I made and Andy did what he could to save me a few dollars.

He identified a few safety risks that we fixed and was super reasonable in allowing some scope creep to accommodate a few extras. I went with a full panel replacement and I couldn't be happier with how the work was done.

To wrap things up, Doni the install coordinator made sure I had all the information for my rebate and helped button up a few blue tape items. I wanted to write them a proper review because they took care of me so well, and I hope whomever reads this has the same experience after choosing ThermAll.

My HVAC unit died during New Year's weekend. I waited to call until the following Tuesday and by Friday I had a new unit installed, and arranged to have some deteriorated duct work replaced. All of the work was done in a timely manner, by personnel who were professional and pleasant to work with. While the main unit quit working within four hours after installation (due to manufacturing defect), the problem was quickly resolved within a couple of hours, after a call to the 24/7 hotline. Very satisfied with the work, the unit, and, as a very nice bonus, a gift card.

Furnace went down at our cabin in Ronald a few weeks ago during the freeze,. Pipes froze,.. I was pretty desperate. One call to Thermall Heating on a Saturday and they were out in a few hours. Once we knew the issue they were right back out on Sunday to fix,. These folks were amazing, especially the tech Sam,. Blanka, who coordinated the appointment was top notch! Very professional, and they did not charge an unreasonable fee. Couldn't be happier.
