Our service tech was a women named Danielle. She was very thorough, nice. She explained every item on the service report. It appeared to me she knew her stuff. I would highly recommend her and the company she works for. I want Danielle to be my regular service tech.

I became acquainted with Thermal Heating, Cooling & Electric when it was time to replace my HVAC system. Thermal provided friendly and professional assistance in selecting a unit that would work for my house. In addition, because of Thermal, I was able to take advantage of the Biden-Harris Inflation Reduction Act. The goal was to address climate change by helping Americans reduce their carbon footprint by replacing their aging units. I was not aware of the possibility of applying for a grant to help cover the cost of a new HVAC system until Thermal informed me off the Biden-Harris Inflation Reduction Act. I was able to apply for the grant and received a rebate that helped cover the cost of the new HVAC installation.
The crew that installed the new system were very efficient, polite and very helpful in explaining the new system to me. The installation was completed within a day.
I highly recommend the Thermal for your heating, cooling and electrical needs.


We got the heat pump system as part of the HEAR grant. They worked with us to get a grant, and were quick to schedule install after we got the pre-approval. There was a glitch with processing the invoice payment, but an easy phone call cleared everything up.
