Thermal gave us very good service yesterday with our electrical needs.
Very knowledgeable and friendly service technician who was able to quickly diagnose, completely explain, and propose solutions for an issue we seemed to the having with our system. He also did a thorough job of the routine maintenance that was also requires. This is the typical experience I've had with the company. It seems to instill a corporate philosophy of customer service throughout its employees, all of them from front desk through billing and everyone in between.
Sam & Zach both were outstanding! They explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and were very professional. Neither of them skipped a beat protecting their shoes while in the house, they were very courteous and respectful. The necessary part came in under a week and repairs were complete within a week! Our AC is ready just before the heat - Thank You so much!

When our heater went out in the winter we called and ThermAll was out at my house the next day. They gave us options for replacement and got a whole new system installed quickly and professionally!! The technicians that come out for service are top notch!! Great company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking care of me and my family!!!
