I have been doing business with thermal heating since 1990 and have been happy with their service, products and dependability. They just put 2 new heating systems in some houses we have on the farm and are pleased with the prices we received and the on time service. I know that they will always there for our future needs.
We bought a Daikin Fit DH7VSA air-source heat pump system.
Trevor² were very helpful and well-informed about the systems they offer and why some would perform better / worse than others.
Tim & Jim were very professional and friendly (yes, this is entirely possible), and answered all of our questions and concerns. It's only been a couple of days, so we're still getting used to how the new system operates, but there is a measurable reduction in power consumption for a given outside:inside temp ratio.
Term-All will be installing a multi-head mini-split system in our shop/studio soon, and we reasonably expect that we'll be even happier with this (replacing two standard AC/furnace units).
