Hector was awesome. He took the time to trouble shoot all possibilities for my HVAC issues, while patiently waiting for the system to cooperate and turn on, so he could hear, what I did. Profesional, friendly, expedient service I look forward to working with Hector again in the future.

I am SO glad I chose Thermall to design and install my new ductless AC/Heat system. My system consists of 2 Daiken low temp, 36K BTU compressors, running a total of 6 ductless heads for my 2700Sq' home.
The installation by James, electrical by Alex, and of course Lena was top notch.
James found brown gutter that matches my house painting, so NO obnoxious white gutter anywhere.
The compressors are set up side by side so they are NOT as noticeable if they'd been end to end.
The Daiken compressors AND head units are pleasantly very efficient and surprisingly quiet.
One of the absolute best features is that I can control each of the 6 head units separately, from an APP on my phone. YAY!!!
And their warranty was by far the best out of the 3 quotes I got.
It is refreshing to have company pay such attention to detail during every step of this process. They were not happy until I was happy.
And I am VERY happy.
