After a pleasant conversation with the scheduler the technician arrived in only a few hours and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem with the 18 year old natural gas furnace within 20 minutes. He had the part on his truck and quickly installed it. Start to finish was about an hour. He worked in a very tight area without complaining. Overall, we are very happy with the work, price and technician. Thermall did a great job! Thank you for a job well done!
Kristine did a good job and explained everything. Only problem was both of us were to shot to reach the ladder to the attic where my ductwork was installed so she could not check it. I was surprised that she did not include it in her written report

I called Thermall for service on our 20 year old furnace. We moved to Ellensburg last year and had not used this company previously. I observed the maintenance being performed on the furnace by a capable technician, Victor, who I found to be knowledgeable and very helpful in answering my questions. I was impressed when he suggested an inspection of our attic space, above our garage, for light, for any sign of rodents, etc., and condition of the insulation- at no charge.
I was very satisfied with our furnace maintenance and would definitely use Thermall again.

The staff who do the maintenance and checking over the heat pump are really great people. They do great work and explain everything they have done. They keep everything very clean too. This time I had Gabe . He was ready to answer all the questions I had.

Victor came out for our 6 month check on our furnace. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Technician came out to install the new thermostat and did a great job. Only problem was there was supposed to activation code. Wasn't in the box. We sent it back and now have another thermostat and hoped we could get the technician back to install it.
