We've been using the services of ThermAll Since moving to Yakima over three years ago; they have consistently been courteous, timely, and professional through all of our A/C, heating and electrical projects.
Today, Alex and Cheyenne not only came out to help me plan an additional outlet For the garage but had the open time and completed the work in under an hour and I was able to have this desired project completed.
Superb service late on Saturday evening to help troubleshoot furnace issue. Hector and Trevor were awesome
They got me in the schedule same day, on time, friendly solved issue timely and was knowledgeable about the system so diagnosis was quick. Cool house in no time!
Hector was awesome. He took the time to trouble shoot all possibilities for my HVAC issues, while patiently waiting for the system to cooperate and turn on, so he could hear, what I did. Profesional, friendly, expedient service I look forward to working with Hector again in the future.
