Super easy to work with and they did a quick repair on our A/C unit. The two guys that came out were very nice and patient as they had to wait for me to arrive to have access to the system.
Raphael was amazing, he had my problem diagnosed, in 15 min and had the part on his truck and had my unit up and running in less than a hour. The team was awesome from the office staff who called let me know he was on his way to the tech doing the work.

Very happy with the service I received. Angie was very helpful and kind on the phone. She got me scheduled right away and even called me 20 min before the technician came to give me a heads up because she knew I was coming home from work and worried about the timing. Hector (my technician) was on time, personable, thoughtful (wore booties when entering my home), took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel dumb, and walked me through the steps of everything he did before doing it. I do not do well in heat and when my system was not working I was grumpy and stressed. Thermall Heating and Cooling were so kind, got me in quickly and helped me feel supported.
