So at the beginning of the heatwave in July my heat pump went out! We suffered with only fans but got on the schedule within a day to access the problem within a week our unit was installed and we were COOL. KUDOS to the company and the team. Very personable and likable.
Cheyenne did a great job explaining everything to us. She evaluated what was wrong with our unit and arranged to have the part ordered. This was all covered under e r the warranty so there was no charge to us.
