Cesar came out and performed the maintenance on my units. He was so thorough and knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures and went over them and the paperwork to explain all the issues. He went above and beyond with his service. I am very impressed!

What a fantastic people! Thermall installed a new furnace for my elderly family member, who had chosen Thermall for the best package (price + friendliness) after getting a few bids. The new furnace worked great, except there was a humming noise coming from it. They happily returned at no charge and spent a good amount of time diagnosing and fixing the problem. Everyone we came in contact with was very courteous and competent, even when we called them back for help post-payment. Highly recommend!
