Jesus did a terrific job doing a seasonal tuneup of my AC. I am confident now that I will be comfortable in this unusually warm summer. He was very pleasant and didn't mind my hanging out while he worked. Because I was interested , he happily explained all he was doing and what he was doing. I find prepaying for regular maintenance is not only convenient, but gives me peace of mind. And I'm saving money by doing so. The personal service I receive as a preferred customer is an added bonus. I've had them do the aeroseal of my duct work when I moved to this house and last January had them install a UV filter and high efficiency filters as well. Dust in my house is much improved! A benefit I didn't realize would happen. I highly recommend Thermal Heating and Air Conditioning Service.

The lights & outlets in a small bathroom suddenly started working only intermittently. I called ThermAll, and an electrician showed up in about an hour! He quickly found the problem (a burned-out wire in the electrical panel behind the breakers) and fixed it.
I was charged only the basic initial visit charge!
Mike was really nice, knowledgeable, and worked fast. Mike did an excellent job replacing old broken bedroom fans with flush mount lights. I will be using them again for future home improvements. Thanks Thermall!
Our 13 year old Trane heat pump had a full compressor failure. I knew that we were facing a complete system replacement. The HVAC company we were with did not respond adequately to the situation, so I called Thermall. Seven days after my initial contact, we had a new heat pump and handler fully installed and working.
It was a very difficult job removing the old handler from our crawl space and installing the new one. They sent three skilled technicians to complete the work in only two days. I was impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. They repaired our two zone duct system and improved the wiring on our controller board.
The last two HVAC companies I've used would often fail to listen to me regarding problems resulting in needless down time and expense as they practiced "diagnosis by debit card."
The Thermall staff, Trevor, Kevin, Tim and crew, were the exact opposite. They took the time to fully understand our system and it's 48 year history.
An HVAC system is only as good as the people who install it and maintain it. I look forward to a long relationship with Thermall. We're definitely off to a good start.
