Annual maintenance. Tech was on time. Tech was very thorough and explained what he was doing and what he was checking. Tech was extremely gracious and friendly. Would love to have him back next year. Thank you.
We didn't even know it was time for a maintenance check. They sent us a card with $99 off the service. So I called immediately. The technician was very kind and professional. He checked out both of our units and let us know what things need fixing and he cleaned the outdoor ac unit. Now we're all set to switch from ac to heat. Thank you!!

HAD A NOISE WITH MY UNIT , CALLED THERMAL AND THEY WERE READY TO COME THAT DAY !!! BUT , I WASN'T AVAILABLE THEY CAME THEY CONQUERED AND THEY EDUCATED ME . IT WAS NOT THE MACHINE IT WAS ME NOT CHECKING ON MY UNIT IT WAS A LITTLE DIRTY . THE GAL FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY SHOWED ME HOW TO CLEAN IT IN CASE IT HAPPENS AGAIN AND SHE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR MY NEGLIGENCE. I RECOMMEND THEM THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT THE UNIT !!
