Outstanding, friendly, exceptional service from all the folks I've worked with from Thermall (four of them now, between different jobs!). Most recently, Jose worked hard to diagnose an uncommon issue with our electric furnace, chasing it down and repairing it enthusiastically and efficiently. My wife and I are happy to keep working with this great company as we take care of the aging heating and cooling system in our house.
The service man was on time. He really took his time to go over everything with my furnace. He then went over everything that he did before he left. Would highly recommend them.

Office didn't call to tell us original technician was not able to make previous 2 appointments is only reason for 4 stars not 5.
Our heat went out in the evening in 20-degree weather. ThermAll offered after-hours service and sent a technician from 45 minutes away at 9:00 Saturday night. Problem solved! Great service. Thanks.
