Just had the 6-month service on the heat pump system they installed last year. It's working perfectly (as it has been since they installed it), and support from Thermall has been great. They would be my first call if I needed additional HVAC or electrical work.
They are very nice and friendly they don't push you to buy they tell you what the problems are and how to fix them. I will be using them again.
This is the 2nd time we have called Thermall. Both times our experience has been excellent. Our recent service call was regarding our HVAC system. We were experiencing warm air when running the air conditioner. Our Thermall technician Cesar did a quick check of our heat pump. Discovered the breaker had been turned off ( by a competitive heating and cooling service ). Within minutes our air conditioning system was back up and running. Cesar took the time to do a complete AC tune up and Heat ( furnace ) tune up. He walked me through all the minor issues our system had. Cleaned, tightened a couple wires, replaced an electrical switch, replaced the filter in the furnace and our system is running like clockwork. Thermall will be back in the fall for a winter tuneup. Our technician Cesar was the best. He was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and professional. We will be calling Thermall for ALL our heating, cooling, & electrical needs.
Arrived as scheduled and serviceman was helpful and answered all our questions. Intend to continue using ThermAll for all our HVAC needs.
Our wonderful experience started with Jose and Andy coming to our home and thoroughly explaining their products. Their knowledge made us feel at ease with our decision to use the Thermall team as our HVAC installer. Lini and Luis did a masterful job on install day and explained how all the new equipment would operate to provide us with energy efficiency. They were a pleasure to have in our home. George and Jesus provided excellent electrical support with the installation. We highly recommend Thermall.

Thermal is great in every aspect of service. They really do bend over backward to help out. Most if not all in the company know us by name and address. The tech support our the most professional guys. Extremely polite, kind and on the ball. We had the service for the up coming summer season. Had a slight glitch, heat was not working in the cool evening and Thermal assisted in a minute. It may had been an issue for thermal yet it was corrected for us guick. We sure appreciate them all.
