Technician came out to install the new thermostat and did a great job. Only problem was there was supposed to activation code. Wasn't in the box. We sent it back and now have another thermostat and hoped we could get the technician back to install it.
They were on time had all the parts I needed to fix my 45 year-old furnace . The technicians were knowledgeable and worked very quickly. I've dealt with thermal before.. I find them to be very honest and straightforward and explain the whole process very well . I would highly recommend them..

We had a heating/cooling unit installed a couple of weeks ago. First of all, I'd like to say that the young crew did an amazing job of installing the unit, and doing an absolutely thorough job of cleanup afterwards. I was fully expecting to have to do some sort of clean up when I got home from work, and there was nothing to clean up. NOTHING! Secondly, the unit seems to work well, and is very easy to operate with a remote control. Thirdly, the price was outstanding. We couldn't have found a better company to do this work for us. Thank you Thermall and Trevor Wyatt. You were recommended to us, and we will do that going forward.
