They were professional and helpful from the first phone call very responsive and Mark our tech was amazing and explained everything! We will only use them moving forward with all our heating and cooling.

I was having a problem with my furnace and Thermall made sure they got some to my house that day! They sent someone who was polite and very knowledgeable and he had it fixed in no time, plus giving me some tips on how to keep the furnace running well.

Super nice, professional and thorough! The tech, Jesus, showed me photos of all the inspected and cleaned parts and reviewed everything he did today. I was so impressed I joined their service plan. 10 out of 10!
