Thermall replaced our furnace and heat pump. And they stood by the warranty and replaced a broken part and got our AC up and running again. They are very responsive and professional.

ThermAll sent out a tech within 3 hours of my call. Ray, the tech, was helpful, knowledge, and respectful. He was able to diagnose the problem, replace the park, and get my system back up and running within 30 minutes. This was an excellent experience with this this tech. and the company.

They are always on time. We have them check out our system twice a year, The maintenance person is very professional and friendly ,takes time to vist with the customers.
