Amazingly quick and professional! I was honestly surprised at how quickly they came in and got the work done. They were courteous and mindful of our house and belongings. It's only been a few days since the install, but so far no issues at all.

I was surprised to have a female technician. Cudos to Thermall for hiring a female! Danielle checked my system and found nothing wrong. She installed a new thermostat believing that could be the culprit in my overly large power bills for the last few months. She was professional and courteous. I will call Thermal in the future if I need work done.
