Technicians were thoughtful and did a thorough check of Split units. They took time to explain the steps they took to evaluate each unit and how the units operate in winter months. They are an outstanding team!
I went to Thermall based on the reviews here and was very happy with the results! I had replaced some parts in my system based on diagnosis from another contractor but my heat pump still wasn't working. Rafael from Thermall came out and gave me a thorough diagnosis, showing me what the other guys had missed. He showed me exactly what he tested and why it was not working properly. He didn't hassle me or lecture me when I said I wanted to replace the part myself. He also didn't try to act like a salesman or tell me to needlessly replace working parts, while the previous contractor had told me that my perfectly good 5yr old indoor coil was at risk of 'imminent failure' and shouldn't be used until replaced for $6k. If my system breaks down again at some point, I will call Thermall first!

Technicians that came out were friendly an knowledgable. It did take a month to fix issue but was a difficult situation. Once problem solved and finding parts for an old system it was fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. Only thing recommend to improve is communication.
We were very pleased with the diagnosis and subsequent repair of the motor in our Carrier furnace. Jose did an incredible job and was excellent at explaining the problem and it's fix. I very highly recommend him. Thanks for a job well done.
