What Thermall offers is great products and services. The Daikan heatpump that I purchased from them does the job of heat/cooling my house, quietly and effeciently. And with Thermall maintaining it, there are no worries. Of course, having nice people to work with, and to explain things to me, does help my piece of mind. They are extremely friendly and pleasant as well.

Our first experience ThermAll was great. Jose was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what the problem was with our furnace and had me take pictures so my husband could see later. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
We have been with this company for many years. We always find them to be fair in their pricing and very professional and courteous. Our system works great thanks to the maintenance program we are on. Better to prevent problems then to wait for the problems to happen!
