I spoke to the main office on a Monday morning after we just had a very hot weekend and they were able to send someone out after a few hours. They found the problem and had parts in the van to be able to fix it. Definitely saved us from more hot nights. Thank you!!

2nd time I've used them and I will continue to use them. They did service cleaning and repair on the a/c, replaced the control unit for a/c & heat, serviced and cleaned the furnace and replaced the 30 foot dryer vent. All jobs well done!!

Just had the 6-month service on the heat pump system they installed last year. It's working perfectly (as it has been since they installed it), and support from Thermall has been great. They would be my first call if I needed additional HVAC or electrical work.
They are very nice and friendly they don't push you to buy they tell you what the problems are and how to fix them. I will be using them again.
This is the 2nd time we have called Thermall. Both times our experience has been excellent. Our recent service call was regarding our HVAC system. We were experiencing warm air when running the air conditioner. Our Thermall technician Cesar did a quick check of our heat pump. Discovered the breaker had been turned off ( by a competitive heating and cooling service ). Within minutes our air conditioning system was back up and running. Cesar took the time to do a complete AC tune up and Heat ( furnace ) tune up. He walked me through all the minor issues our system had. Cleaned, tightened a couple wires, replaced an electrical switch, replaced the filter in the furnace and our system is running like clockwork. Thermall will be back in the fall for a winter tuneup. Our technician Cesar was the best. He was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and professional. We will be calling Thermall for ALL our heating, cooling, & electrical needs.
