I signed up for the maintenance program last summer, & have had both the heater & a/c service done, & Jesus came & did both. He is excellent! He is very thorough, & explains everything he's doing very well. I renewed the maintenance program, because I have peace of mind that my system will be working well all year

We had ThermAll out to do a bid for a ductless system in our vacation home. They came out to do the bid as scheduled and gave us the pricing before they even left. We chose their bid as they were prompt, communicated well, and their bid was competitive. It was easy to work with the office staff to schedule appointments and they were very friendly. On the day of the install, Mark and the rest of the team were all great. Mark took the time to discuss and confirm the locations we had chosen for both the interior and exterior units, explained how to use and care for the new system, and the entire team was very respectful or our home. They were also friendly to our crazy dog.
I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The employee from Thermall spent several hours re-wiring the electrical connection to the chimney damper and then stayed and helped my husband wire in a transformer to step down the voltage for the last part of the damper connection. We appreciate his patience and dedication!
