Their rep was great, quiet, asking questions as needed, no judgemental responses, even tho I had totally screwed up the installation of the Ecobee thermostat. Explained and showed what he did. Same day service in a severe heat wave. No complaints here. I'd totally recommend this outfit.

We had a split ductless system installed by ThermAll last month. We were very happy with the bid, the installers, and the finished product. However, within a month it was not cooling the house, and the units would shut off after a couple hours running. I called to explain the situation, and ThermAll had a technician out the same day (not an easy feat, since we live 70 miles from their office, and it's a very busy time of year for them). Turns out, a compression fitting had not been tightened properly and the refrigerant was escaping. Our tech diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running within a couple hours. We're very impressed with their customer care and professionalism.
