What a delightful experience! We noticed our heat was out at 2am - and it was 22 degrees with 15 inches of snow on the ground. The house was down to 52 degrees and we were shivering. I called thermall and their after-hours person said she would ring back at 8am or soon after - which she did.
She dispatched a heating technician who found the problem - which had been fixed just a week earlier by a cross-town competitor - not well as you can see.
Then she put us on the emergency install list, had a team there the next day - and loaned us space heaters to keep us warm until they could come.
The team that came - amazing - fast, organized, skilled, tidy, polite and so able to solve our problems.
They installed a new Daikon heating and cooling system in one day - and it is wonderful. Much more constant, less blowing air, and we have reset our thermostat from 67 to 62 because it is so much more efficient.
They even cleaned up 100 percent of their mess. Wow - they have our business for life - and their system has a year of 2 hour guaranteed service - but this is a service plan we will buy for many years to come.
In the middle of a pandemic, supply chain that is difficult and generally hard to get return calls, these folks are AAMazing!
We had the pleasure of working with Marcos and Alex for our installation. Both guys were so nice and polite. Its so nice to have efficient heat and we look forward to AC this summer. Doni made this process as easy and smooth as possible. Even when things came up in shipping, she kept us informed. This was a great company to work with.
Having my AC serviced is like having your car worked on. I don't know if the work really needs done. I trust Jose, longtime THERMALL technician, to be honest with me. Now I don't have to worry whether a repair needs done or not. I am turning all my rental units over to them for service.

My heating system stopped working and they were able to come out the same day , had the parts on hand, and were able to get it up and running within a few hours. I had also used them a few months prior for an AC problem, they also responded quickly and were able to get it back up and running the same day. They are my go to from now on.
The company ThermAll Heating & Cooling, Inc has provided fantastic communications about their service. Each department is very good, for example on subjects of scheduling or even basic inquiries respond fairly quickly. During our research, we learned that a new air conditioning service is both an expense and an investment; so we took the process seriously - gathered quotes from 4 different HVAC companies. We chose ThermAll Heating & Cooling, Inc and very satisfied with the service crew, the administration, and the new air conditioning system. Special thanks to Tim and Alex for explaining the install process and providing tips on the controls. Unlike other companies, they also offered a warranty on their products, just another good reason to consider ThermAll Heating & Cooling Inc for home improvement investments.
We called around on a Friday and ThermAll was the only company to get back to us right away! Paul came and assessed the problem, gave us a time frame, and Jose replaced the part super fast! They were professional, kind and very informative! Best customer service!
