My furnace went down one evening this winter right as I was preparing to leave on a trip. I was in quite the panic to get it fixed quickly and ThermAll came to my rescue. They were easy to get ahold of on the emergency line and had a tech heading to my house quickly. Cheyenne was great, she quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and had it back up and running in no time. Have been a customer for 20 plus years. Just had a replacement geothermal furnace installed They are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Great quality work. Geothermal furnaces are a great product. I highly recommend this company.

Our heat pump stopped working and we called ThermAll for help. They came that night to repair. Our repairman had to chain up to get to our house at the end of his work day. That is above and beyond for service. This company knows what customer service is all about.
