Outstanding service and very professional!
My heating system stopped working and they were able to come out the same day , had the parts on hand, and were able to get it up and running within a few hours. I had also used them a few months prior for an AC problem, they also responded quickly and were able to get it back up and running the same day. They are my go to from now on.
The company ThermAll Heating & Cooling, Inc has provided fantastic communications about their service. Each department is very good, for example on subjects of scheduling or even basic inquiries respond fairly quickly. During our research, we learned that a new air conditioning service is both an expense and an investment; so we took the process seriously - gathered quotes from 4 different HVAC companies. We chose ThermAll Heating & Cooling, Inc and very satisfied with the service crew, the administration, and the new air conditioning system. Special thanks to Tim and Alex for explaining the install process and providing tips on the controls. Unlike other companies, they also offered a warranty on their products, just another good reason to consider ThermAll Heating & Cooling Inc for home improvement investments.
We called around on a Friday and ThermAll was the only company to get back to us right away! Paul came and assessed the problem, gave us a time frame, and Jose replaced the part super fast! They were professional, kind and very informative! Best customer service!
Rey came down and was very polite and made sure we had a working furnace. He actually made a second trip with the part needed the same day. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Thank you.
