They are always on time. We have them check out our system twice a year, The maintenance person is very professional and friendly ,takes time to vist with the customers.
ThermAll Heating and Cooling has been stellar with every single interaction that I've had with them. From the first time I called Doni to schedule an appointment all the way through to our new Heat Pump being installed, I've been consistently pleased with the quality and service that I've received.
We opted for the Aero-Sealing of our older homes duct-work and this was done by Jesus & Luis, who did an awesome job eliminating the (previously) wasted capacity that was heating and cooling the attic! Now our new system can use all its capacity to heat and cool the house. Tim and Luis did an amazing job installing our new Daikin system, including a stellar job installing a new return in the house. Overall I just can't recommend ThermAll Heating and Cooling enough.
Within two hours of calling for service, Ray with Thermall was at my house working on my AC. Ray was very polite and professional; completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Thermall again.
We recently used ThermAll Heating & Cooling to install ductwork and a heating and cooling system. I was so impressed with everyone I worked with during this process. From the front office staff, getting our quote, all the way to our technicians, everyone was kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. They were quick to get us a quote and then get us on the schedule. Tim and Luis were awesome during our installation. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of my schedule since I was working from home while they were here. It was a pleasure working with this company and I will continue to use them as well as recommended them in the future.
Mark was great at explaining the tests he did and the problems with our thermostat and furnace capacitor. Both needed replacing. We love our new thermostat. It's simple to understand and use. Thanks, Mark for showing me where the filters are located and how to remove them.
I enjoyed Rey, he was very friendly and informative as he went about his work. A great example of customer service. I will definitely use ThermAll again if necessary.
