I called them on a weekend and although it's more pricey, mark came out and fixed my thermostat. He was very nice and friendly and showed me how to maintain my heating and cooling system. I would recommend and more then likely call him again if I have any further problems
On time service , very courteous and willing to answer questions. Jesus was Knowledgable and explained what he was doing. Enjoyable experience.
They were professional and helpful from the first phone call very responsive and Mark our tech was amazing and explained everything! We will only use them moving forward with all our heating and cooling.

The service techs are always friendly, professional, answer all my questions, never pressure for additional services, show up on times, and are just great.
I was having a problem with my furnace and Thermall made sure they got some to my house that day! They sent someone who was polite and very knowledgeable and he had it fixed in no time, plus giving me some tips on how to keep the furnace running well.
