Is there anything in particular company has always treated me pretty decent they installed all the equipment here at the house from the beginning Jose is my top man that I've known since the installation he's a very good guy my personal opinion I would give him a 10 he's always strive to cut my power bill down and give me top notch service.
We had some major work done on our furnace and it was a horrible job for the fellows who did it. They were gracious, efficient, cheerful, punctual, considerate, and THEY FIXED OUR FURNACE and AC. An expected 4 hour job turned into one that lasted slightly longer than 12 hours but they stayed and completed it on a Friday night! Very satisfied and very grateful for their dedication.
Really, really happy with your service! We lost heat on a holiday, Jan 1st, no one in our town would even answer the phone so we called ThermAll. They were quick to respond, our service man was very experienced and had excellent manners which put us at ease. He gave thorough explanations and provided a sensible repair plan. We had heat by noon and a very fair bill. Thank you, the Chambers
