I have several rental units and cannot always handle Air & Heat problems. This is where ThermAll comes in. They do a semi-annual inspection for me that has worked out very well. Have not had any problems since I began using them, so I guess they really do catch the problems before they occur! I have some knowledge of the equipment, but not all the tools to diagnose and catch things before they happen. Additionally, as a regular customer, I will have priority and a discounted price in case of an emergency....

I have a couple rental properties in Ellensburg and I have come to trust ThermAll Heating and Cooling for any work on a furnace or air conditioner. I have even had them check and work on a hot water heater. Because I find them so reliable I have the maintenance package set up with them. It can be often difficult to coordinate tenant schedules - ThermAll is not like the cable guy with a six hour window, they are always willing to work with me to set up an appointment time that works for everyone involved. The technicians are always professional, friendly and explain things in clear detail - there is never any pressured up sale, just an honest explanation. Ray and Jose have been to my properties several times and they always remember me and details about the furnace/AC at each place - this is extremely reassuring, having that feeling that you can trust the word of the technician that is working on some of the most expensive equipment in your home. Furthermore, it is a pleasure to work with Angie - she is the one that makes all the scheduling happen. It's neat to see the ThermAll contact appear on my phone and hear Angie's pleasant voice reminding me the summer or winter inspections are due - she is always very patient and accommodating and that is very helpful to me. I have been through an expensive furnace replacement and I don't wish that headache on anyone - ThermAll gives me that peace of mind in knowing that won't happen again or provide honest/reasonable solutions on how to avoid it and for that I am thankful I'm one of their customers.
We LOVE ThermAll Heating. Not only has each ThermAll Heating employee that has come to our home been very friendly and helpful...but technically excellent.
The office and Jose have been wonderful to work with to repair our WaterFurnace geothermal system. Happy to have thermall out and am able to trust them to work without me being there.
Have used them several times over the last several years. Always find time to fit me into their schedule. Professional, quality, prompt. Can't say enough good about these people, they are the best in my book.
Is there anything in particular company has always treated me pretty decent they installed all the equipment here at the house from the beginning Jose is my top man that I've known since the installation he's a very good guy my personal opinion I would give him a 10 he's always strive to cut my power bill down and give me top notch service.
We had some major work done on our furnace and it was a horrible job for the fellows who did it. They were gracious, efficient, cheerful, punctual, considerate, and THEY FIXED OUR FURNACE and AC. An expected 4 hour job turned into one that lasted slightly longer than 12 hours but they stayed and completed it on a Friday night! Very satisfied and very grateful for their dedication.
Really, really happy with your service! We lost heat on a holiday, Jan 1st, no one in our town would even answer the phone so we called ThermAll. They were quick to respond, our service man was very experienced and had excellent manners which put us at ease. He gave thorough explanations and provided a sensible repair plan.
