I have a Daikin ductless system; THe condensation drain had pluged so I called Thermall to fix the problem as well as preform an annual maintenance. Rey arrived, listened to my explaination of what was going on. In short order he preformed the annual and cleared the drain. He explained how the drain could get clouged and what I should do if it happens again. Rey and the other Tech's I have delt with are very professional, knowlegeable about the equipment they work on, and helpful.
Everyone is always polite. Jose is very knowledgeable and always has tips to share so the equipment runs efficiently and thus saves us money. Jose takes whatever time we may need. One negative. Jose seems to be over scheduled but I know things happen so this puts him behind.
