Absolutely love these guys. Jose came to my house and fixed my heater/ac he explained everything to me. He answered all my questions. Michelle in the office was also super friendly and so easy to work with! Oh and did I mention I got same day service! These guys are awesome!!
Rey was great and answered lots of questions. Never had a heat pump and he educated me on how they work. The customer service is top notch and that is huge! That is the only way I will do business. Thermall has my business. Thank you!
My furnace went out in December and I needed to replace it. I initially was going to go with another company but due to misinformation before signing contracts I decided to get some different quotes. Paul came out to give me the estimate and was such a pleasure to work with! He answered all my questions, and gave me a great price.
Paul knew we were without heat, using only space heaters, and he got me on the schedule so quick I was really impressed. He even offered to bring me more heaters if I needed them for the few days it took to get the equipment in. The technicians were courteous and super clean, the area was probably cleaner when they left then when they got there. Also, Jamie in the office was so helpful and great in communicating any details or scheduling changes. She worked with the credit union to get my financing matched up and she sent me everything I needed for the CNG rebate.
I can't say enough about this company! Price was comparable to most in town and I was treated like a person and not just an invoice. Thanks Paul, Jamie, Rey and Curtis for a pleasurable experience through a bad situation!

Jose is an excellent at his job. He is thorough and conscientious. He is a great teachers as he walked me through the controls on my heat pump. He represents his company well.
