Clean, knowledgable, and efficient service.
Highly recommend ThermAll for their professionalism and expertise. We decided to go with them for replacement of a 24 year-old heat pump. They did an incredible job consulting on system selection and navigating the complexity of our condominium HOA and special instructions for the building, we didn't have to do a thing, ThermAll took care of all the red tape including county permits. Not only did they do an amazing job with the install and removal of the old unit but took extra care to tidy the crawl space from their job (and other contractors up there before them), like who cleans a crawl space!? That's next level ????

My HVAC unit died during New Year's weekend. I waited to call until the following Tuesday and by Friday I had a new unit installed, and arranged to have some deteriorated duct work replaced. All of the work was done in a timely manner, by personnel who were professional and pleasant to work with. While the main unit quit working within four hours after installation (due to manufacturing defect), the problem was quickly resolved within a couple of hours, after a call to the 24/7 hotline. Very satisfied with the work, the unit, and, as a very nice bonus, a gift card.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service technician who was able to quickly diagnose, completely explain, and propose solutions for an issue we seemed to the having with our system. He also did a thorough job of the routine maintenance that was also requires. This is the typical experience I've had with the company. It seems to instill a corporate philosophy of customer service throughout its employees, all of them from front desk through billing and everyone in between.

Sam & Zach both were outstanding! They explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and were very professional. Neither of them skipped a beat protecting their shoes while in the house, they were very courteous and respectful. The necessary part came in under a week and repairs were complete within a week! Our AC is ready just before the heat - Thank You so much!
