What Thermall offers is great products and services. The Daikan heatpump that I purchased from them does the job of heat/cooling my house, quietly and effeciently. And with Thermall maintaining it, there are no worries. Of course, having nice people to work with, and to explain things to me, does help my piece of mind.
Zach from ThermAll was great! Explained everything clearly and did a great job once again for us! We are very happy with ThernAll and Zach and can't imagine using anyone else!
Mitch was knowledgeable and fast and had my heater up and running under a half hour.
They are a great company, love that they are local. The guy that came out (Jose) to look at the house and offer a replacement furnace and heat pump seemed thorough in his assessment and gave me options on what to select and even helped in learning about financing options available through pacific power. And the electrician Andy helped out a lot as well during the install of the new furnace and heat pump they found burnt wires leading to the furnace and heat pump and washer and dryer and fixed that on top of the original unit instal which was great! It helped ensure I was going to be worry free and a safer home.
Cant remember the install team members but they were great in their work and communicating updates in the install.
All team members were mindful of avoiding bringing in mud to the home by wearing their own booties too!

The rattle had been driving me crazy so we called Thermall Heating. Unbeknownst to me Joe pokes around before the tech gets here. The tech couldn't find anything wrong and we didn't hear the noise. What? The tech was so nice and suggested videoing if it comes back,. No charge. I apologized. Later Joe tells me he shut a little door, ug, I was so grateful.

After hours repair of our gas furnace in Yakima WA. Sam, the technician, was great, friendly and fixed the problem getting us back up and running so we could have heat. I was impressed they had the part we needed so we didn't have to wait for a part to be ordered.
Paul and the team at ThermAll was great to deal with. We ended up installing the DAIKIN FIT. From our first meeting with the service tech on the old unit, then two weeks later deciding to replace and start fresh with a new system- the entire process was flawless. We love our new system! Would highly recommend!!
