Technicians that came out were friendly an knowledgable. It did take a month to fix issue but was a difficult situation. Once problem solved and finding parts for an old system it was fixed quickly at a very reasonable price. Only thing recommend to improve is communication.
We were very pleased with the diagnosis and subsequent repair of the motor in our Carrier furnace. Jose did an incredible job and was excellent at explaining the problem and it's fix. I very highly recommend him. Thanks for a job well done.
I had a heat pump installed by Thermal. This is truly an outstanding company. From the start the estimates included 3 different options with explanations. The office personnel were friendly informative and accommodating. The technicians were very qualified prompt and thorough. The office called to confirm the arrival of the technicians the morning of the appointment and was able to tell me the precise time of arrival. They wore shoe protectors in my home cleaned the working areas after gave me "how to operate" instructions plus left instruction sheets and they took the old furnace unit with them so I didn't have to dispose of it. Wow every detail was taken care of. And every employee was so very friendly.
Technician was knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time and completed her work in an efficient manner.

What Thermall offers is great products and services. The Daikan heatpump that I purchased from them does the job of heat/cooling my house, quietly and effeciently. And with Thermall maintaining it, there are no worries. Of course, having nice people to work with, and to explain things to me, does help my piece of mind. They are extremely friendly and pleasant as well.
