I was surprised to have a female technician. Cudos to Thermall for hiring a female! Danielle checked my system and found nothing wrong. She installed a new thermostat believing that could be the culprit in my overly large power bills for the last few months. She was professional and courteous. I will call Thermal in the future if I need work done.
The people that came to do the work were on time and very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions.
Outstanding, friendly, exceptional service from all the folks I've worked with from Thermall (four of them now, between different jobs!). Most recently, Jose worked hard to diagnose an uncommon issue with our electric furnace, chasing it down and repairing it enthusiastically and efficiently. My wife and I are happy to keep working with this great company as we take care of the aging heating and cooling system in our house.
Editing to add: fantastic work today by James and Leenie (do I have that right?) for a heat pump system install today! Fast, efficient, courteous service. Really appreciate it! Lifelong customer in the making, right here :)
Moises came to figure out why my heat pump wasn't working again
Moises was so truthful and admitted he let some copper wires touch…. Which shorted out heat pump… which it would not work properly
This is the reason I keep having Thermal as my heating company for anything
They are honest and will admit they made a mistake instead of covering it up and charging me for something
He voided the invoice and charged no service fee

Fantastic service! Nobody wants to hear they need a new HVAC system in the dead of winter but Thermall Heating and Cooling did a great job making it an easy process. We worked specifically with Moises, Trevor, Louis and Laney. Louis and Laney were very professional and communicative throughout the whole process of installation. We appreciated how they took the time to show us all the nuances and answer all our many questions. All four representatives were personable and did a great job clearly explaining all the options available to us. So happy to be warm again after a very cold week!

From inspection to install the technicians that were at our home were wonderful. Our home access proves very challenging but they were very gracious on the adventure. I would absolutely recommend them
