What Thermall offers is great products and services. The Daikan heatpump that I purchased from them does the job of heat/cooling my house, quietly and effeciently. And with Thermall maintaining it, there are no worries. Of course, having nice people to work with, and to explain things to me, does help my piece of mind. They are extremely friendly and pleasant as well.

ThemaAll teck M. was exceptionally good. He did a thorough maintenance of the HVAC, Fan and controller, then he went on to suggest things I should pay attention to.
