The service rep who inspected our faulty furnace, the office staff who scheduled and followed up the whole way through, our sales rep Trevor who went over and beyond to make sure our system was the right fit for our home, and the installation crew who provided us with the highest and most courteous level of service we could ask for. I had a heat pump installed in my home and I'm amazed at the efficiency. Prior to the installation, I have had winter heating bills from $200 to $400 a month. Since my heat pump was installed, my electric bill is 30%-50% cheaper.
