The team at Thermal installed a new furnace at our home recently. Office staff, sales person, and installation crew were all excellent to work with. Cheyenne was the tech that came to service our HVAC and assess any repair needs and she is a rockstar! She was on time, professional, easy to understand in her explanations, and as a small business owner was the kind of employee I would hire 100 of if I could. On another level, it was so refreshing to see a female in a largely male dominated industry. My kiddo loved seeing a "lady builder/fixer person" and thought she was the coolest thing! Give this lady a raise y'all!
