It was great to have ppl that did a thorough job of telling and showing me exactly what was wrong with my furnace. I don't know much about electricity but to have them explain to me exactly what and where the part was that went bad, it made things more understandable
We had a complex replacement of an oil-fired water heater/heat exchanger for a new heat pump and water heater. The Thermall guys got it done quickly and neatly (and an electrical upgrade too). When it's time to upgrade our solar power system, I'm calling them first.
