Very responsive when my heat pump went down. Angie was great at scheduling the technicians and keeping me informed. Rey, the technician who helped me, was very knowledgeable, respectful, and wonderful to work with.
When choosing which company to go with, I decided based on customer service. Thermall has been fantastic, from the office staff, to the sales staff, and the installers. I had a little issue with my unit and they didn't hesitate to do everything possible to get it fixed. You won't be sorry if you choose Thermall.
Our old system was just that, old. Replaced system in a quick and efficient manner. Pleased with results. Would recommend highly.
They work at fitting me in the schedule. Especially when it's an emergency. Very thorough work including advising on potential problems. Thermall Heating and Cooling Inc is my go to company. Most recently Paul and Jose.fixed a furnace that broke down over Thanksgiving weekend.

I called them on a weekend and although it's more pricey, mark came out and fixed my thermostat. He was very nice and friendly and showed me how to maintain my heating and cooling system. I would recommend and more then likely call him again if I have any further problems
They were professional and helpful from the first phone call very responsive and Mark our tech was amazing and explained everything! We will only use them moving forward with all our heating and cooling.
