Cheyenne was the tech that came to service our HVAC and assess any repair needs and she is a rockstar! She was on time, professional, easy to understand in her explanations, and as a small business owner was the kind of employee I would hire 100 of if I could. On another level, it was so refreshing to see a female in a largely male dominated industry. My kiddo loved seeing a "lady builder/fixer person" and thought she was the coolest thing! Give this lady a raise y'all!
This company has proven to be reliable and professional. The work they have performed to repair and service my home AC system has been excellent and timely. The heat waves experience in Yakima would have been unbearable if it wasn't for their expertise.
Thermall was very responsive throughout the process from getting a quote to getting a new system installed. The crews that came out were very nice and respectful, and they got the work done quickly and efficiently. Great communication and customer service. We got our own system a few years ago and when a family membered need to update their old HVAC system, we called them again had another great experience.
