Jose was my PM man for 7+ years. He was awesome. I would have met him to anyone. It was sad to see him go and move into the sales department. I know he will do a great job for Thermal heating & Cooling. You guys are lucky to have him. I also wanted to say that Jose's replacement Mark did a wonderful job. Jose filled him in about the cleaning done here at Wesco. So when Mark showed up on site he had a little idea of what to expect. I showed Mark around the fumigation barn, showed him the JLG and the thermostats and gas valve shut off. Mark jump in (as much as Mark can jump in) and got to work. Thank you for sending out good service tech, Paul Wyatt is a good trainer and runs a great company. I would recommend this company to any one! Thank you! Ray Freeman
