From start to finish our experience with ThermAll was very positive. Trevor came and researched our home, gave us three estimates, and answered all our questions. Tim and Mark came and installed our new heat pump once again being very pleasant and helpful with answering our questions. The installation was finished in one day and we were very, very pleased with the product and how well they cleaned up after the installation. Thanks ThermAll!!
Called in the morning, told I would be fit in that day. Was called back within 45 minutes saying they were on the way. I appreciated the honest and thorough work of the technician.

The service rep who inspected our faulty furnace, the office staff who scheduled and followed up the whole way through, our sales rep Trevor who went over and beyond to make sure our system was the right fit for our home, and the installation crew who provided us with the highest and most courteous level of service we could ask for.
