I cannot possibly say enough good about Thermall! From my first conversations with office employee Terri, to the estimator, to the two lead installers, James and Tim, this company has displayed a unique combination of absolute professionalism and efficiency, while at the same time being flexible, kind, and compassionate.
I had been wanting to go from heating my 138-year-old house with a free-standing gas stove, and cooling it with two window rattlers — to a new energy efficient mini-split ductless heat pump for quite a while, and finally made the decision that this was the year. I wasn't sure which company to pick, so I called several. Thermall responded politely and immediately, and so won my business. And it was wonderful dealing with them every step of the way til my new system was up and running.
James and Tim were so fast and efficient, and somehow still had time to cheerfully answer every one of my endless questions ;) It was actually a joy to have them in my house!
I will absolutely recommend Thermall to anyone having heating and cooling (HVAC) work done in the future!

Thermall is great! We received a detailed quote and answers to all our questions before our heat pump and duct installation. Technicians always call to confirm their arrival time, and are always prompt, friendly. and professional. I love that they put on shoe covers before entering the home! Tim and Luis were very professional and efficient as they replaced our old gas furnace and AC system. They were friendly and tolerant of my "supervision" as they were going about their business. We are very happy with the products and service and instruction we got. It was a pleasure having Tim and Luis work with us.
