We are in a remote area and we've had issues twice and they were able to service and repair each time within a very timely manner. Mark was so nice and professional and even taught us a few things for maintenance to ensure our system would continue to run smoothly. Would recommend them to anyone ????
My call was answered promptly and a tech was able to be out the next day. Even though a different company said we needed a new system, ThermAll ordered a part which fixed the issue and saved us thousands. Definitely recommend!

Jose repaired our InstaHot so that we had hit water again! He's a great technician with a lot of experience and knowledge. He is also a wonderful person and it always a pleasure to have him come and fix things. I almost like it when it's broke and we need to call for Jose!
