We had a full heat pump system replacement along with a new electrical panel/breaker box installed. We were provided with great customer service every step of the way. Lini & Marcos were exceptional. Our heat pump replacement was challenging as our old system was a geo-thermal heat pump (30 years old).
Lini & Marcos were thorough, worked hard, and always had a positive attitude. Andy did the electrical work and was professional, knowledgeable and informative. My husband and I would recommend Thermall to anyone needing heating, cooling & electrical work.

I called in the morning to see if they could come out and look at my mini split. I live an hour away from their shop. They send a technician out within a few hours.Rey Diagnosed it, fixed it, and was so incredibly nice. I will always recommend them, and will always use them in the future. They were outstanding.
Rey came back the second time and got the old unit going. Spent some time on it! No charge and now I'm having a guy come out to talk to me about a new system and installation as mine just might be done!

Rey did a great job providing a new board for our heat pump. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He also offered advice on how to make the system last. He provided excellent customer service. Rey made it enjoyable experience!
My AC went out he was down the street I stopped and talked to him they squeeze me in last minute. I highly recommend Mark and his apprentice Lenny. They were great very nice very knowledgeable about what they were doing.
My 95 year old dads home was selling and closing the next week and the HVAC needed service as soon as possible. Even though they were totally booked, they found time to help us. Service was excellent.
