My 95 year old dads home was selling and closing the next week and the HVAC needed service as soon as possible. Even though they were totally booked, they found time to help us. Service was excellent.
Would recommend to anybody, installed exactly what was quoted. Price was exactly what was quoted. And the crews were friendly, polite and appreciative
Alex is a great service tech! Very personable and honest. He came to clean our vents and looked at them and said they did not need it done.
We appreciate his honesty and saved us undue expense.

Inspection of heating&AC and set appointment ????
I had problems after a storm. They worked me into their already long and busy schedule and were very professional and courteous. A small mistake was made, but Paul stopped by and made it right. I would highly recommend them.
We were impressed at how knowledgeable and professional Mark and Andy were when taking care of our problem. We have yet only completed about half of what we need from them, but we already feel confident that we will be happy with the final results. We had never used ThermAll before, but we can certainly recommend them!
Addendum: Now that their extensive project at our house is complete, We have nothing but praise for the ThermAll team, from the office personnel to the field! They've been very competent, thorough, professional, and easy to work with.
We were very happy, from bid to install, with ThermAll. Trevor was thorough, patient, and informative regarding the bid, and Doni, the office liaison was regular, friendly, and efficient. Finally, Mark and Lini were exceptionally hard working and pleasant during two long days of install. In fact, Mark and Lini would be great neighbors.
