We would highly recommend this company. The service rep who inspected our faulty furnace, the office staff who scheduled and followed up the whole way through, our sales rep Trevor who went over and beyond to make sure our system was the right fit for our home, and the installation crew who provided us with the highest and most courteous level of service we could ask for. Friendly, focused and thorough. Go with these folks - you'll be glad you did.

It's the 2nd time Thermall has worked on my furnace. Had the same tech both times. No complaints…he was prompt and efficient.
I could do without the $189.00 service fee for it being a Saturday, but I guess that's how it goes
Mark was very timely, friendly, knowledgeable. He made sure that I understood everything and went above and beyond figuring things out. We have a delicate geothermal system and many outfits do not have the knowledge that it needs. He did a great job!
