We have used another company to service our mini split since we moved into our home over 3 years ago. We have never been happy with the way it worked. On cold winter days we had to supplement the mini split with electric wall heaters. We also had to set the thermostat 4 or 5 degrees above the temperature we wanted to get some heat out of it.
Last fall, at the recommendation of a neighbor, we tried TherMall.
The first thing the tech did was check the inside of the inside head with a flashlight. It was filthy! He took it apart and cleaned the entire unit.
This last winter it kept our home warm. The thermostat is now accurate to the room temperature,
We can't recommend them highly enough!!
We have been with this company for many years. We always find them to be fair in their pricing and very professional and courteous. Our system works great thanks to the maintenance program we are on. Better to prevent problems then to wait for the problems to happen!

ThermAll Heating & Cooling is the only company I will ever use for my heating and cooling needs. Trevor came out to give me an estimate on a new ductless system and actually went under the house to look at the damaged ductwork that I needed to have replaced. Out of the 3 companies to come out and give me an estimate he was the only one to actually bother to go under the house. He did not try to sell me on a larger heat pump (4 zone) and suggested a 3 zone which is more than enough for my home. The other two companies were only interested in a selling me a "4 zone" of which there are no heat pumps currently available. The ability to schedule an electrician for you is something the others will not do. They got me set up for installation within a week of Trevor coming out. The crew comprised of James, Lena, Alex and Luis were right on time on installation day. They were professional and had everything accomplished in one day. Vince and Phil, the electricians, did a great job of wiring the new system. The house has never been this warm and fixing the ducting corrected numerous issues we were having.
The service is AMAZING! From the minute you call Angie to set up an appointment, to the end of your service, you feel important! They treat you with care & respect. Ray is the best & he really cares about his job & it shows. I have their maintenance service & it is fantastic. This company prides itself on their work, their technicians & taking care of their customers. Thank you for your excellent service! ????
