Thermal Heating & Cooling makes things right. Despite electronic malfunction and software maintenance issues-they take the time to diagnose and fix the error messages.
My furnace went down one evening this winter right as I was preparing to leave on a trip. I was in quite the panic to get it fixed quickly and ThermAll came to my rescue. They were easy to get ahold of on the emergency line and had a tech heading to my house quickly. Cheyenne was great, she quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and had it back up and running in no time. Have been a customer for 20 plus years. Just had a replacement geothermal furnace installed They are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Great quality work. Geothermal furnaces are a great product. I highly recommend this company.
