Jose repaired our InstaHot so that we had hit water again! He's a great technician with a lot of experience and knowledge. He is also a wonderful person and it always a pleasure to have him come and fix things. I almost like it when it's broke and we need to call for Jose!
These guys are unbelievable. The owner drove down to his shop on the 4th of July to sell me a part I needed to make my air conditioner run. He wasn't even going to charge me anything special other than what the part cost. I've used them multiple times now and have been treated very well. I would absolutely recommend them. 10 stars
Ray replaced a non working part & explained what it's purpose was and the reason it wasn't working. Excellent service. Will definitely use Thermall again.

So far I've only gotten a quote from this company, but Trevor was very friendly and gave me info that I needed in an understandable form. It's a big purchase so we're still thinking, so my experience thus far has been excellent.

The Gentleman was earl, got to work right away. Fixed my issue that I was having. I did point out to him what I suspected was the problem. And I was right. The relay that I just bought was the problem. Nothing else was wrong. Good work.
